Purchased the Divi Ultimate Theme in 2018 yet showing no purchases on my account

    Based on our record, you purchased Divi Ultimate Child Theme (1 year) at 21 Oct 2018, which already expired at 21 Oct 2019. To continue access to the downloads & support, you will need to purchase it again.

    I have the same problem and thats not fair to not let us download what we purcharsed after you revamped your offerings. I just purchased the ultimate child theme and thats all I want. Please send me link to be able to redownload or tell me the name of that file so I can find it in my computer
