Solved Red Block Flashes on First Load

    We've tried everything to figure out what could be causing this issue, but have come up empty handed.

    The site is: NLPC.org. The issue is intermittent, not consistent from post-to-post.

    Seems like it's coming from the footer. Try to edit your footer & go to the first red section settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Before & remove the CSS.

    Then add go to the section background settings & set it to red: #e51b23
