Red border error on email divi module

    Hello, some users are reporting this issue:

    when they type in their email they are unable to subscribe to our newsletter due to error in the email field.
    Fun fact is, if I type their name and email on my end (on my computer) everything works fine. I'm able to subscribe them without any issues.
    I tried to reconnect mailchimp list, but the issue still persists.
    Any help?
