Remove scroll from a section

    Hello everyone,

    I'm building a site with Divi. Like everyone else, I have a header with logo and menu, then comes the first section which acts as a hero, where my H1 title, some text and a CTA can be found. I'd like to know if it's possible to block vertical scrolling on this section alone? Or block the scroll until the user presses the CTA. My CTA is linked to an anchor that leads to the next section, and I'd like to interact with the user right from the start by blocking the scroll of this first section.
