Replicating contextual sub-menu on Emory University's parking site

    Hello,

    parking.emory.edu has a contextual/persona sub-menu just above the fold on their homepage. There are two dropdown menus, where the 1st dictates the condition of the 2nd. Once the user selects an option from the 2nd dropdown, it simply directs the user to a corresponding page.

    What is the easiest way to replicate this within Divi?
