Role-based content with Divi?

I am wanting to build a site that I use for family and friends to access with role-based content and navigation items.

There will be three primary areas of the site:
    • Basic content - "About", "Contact", etc.
    • Secured content - Media posts (photo, video), blog posts, etc
    • Private content - Same as Secured, but with a higher level of access required
    There are 3 audiences:
    • Non-member (Basic content only)
    • Friends (Basic + Secured content)
    • Family (All levels of content)
On the home page, I would like a list of the latest 5 posts, but they will only show up based on your access level. If you are not a member, you will only see posts that are non-member posts. Once you log in, you will only see non-member and friend posts if you access level is "Friends", etc.

The same thing with navigation - I would prefer to have navigation items *only* show up that match your access level.

Are there functions inside of Divi (or with Wordpress) that can allow this kind of site?
