I tried divider on my demo site & view it on iPhone safari & it seems to work fine.

Perhaps there might be some positioning issue for that section, which causes the missing divider in Safari. You may try to create a new section (default section settings) + a row (default row settings) + a normal text module & add a divider & see if it works.

If it doesn't work for normal section as well, then you may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled.

If all the above doesn't work for you, it's best for you to refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
