    Does anyone know what the issue may be in the attached? Not sure if it's just a glitch or something more serious. I've been sent it by the wordpress developer (I'm the designer) but I don't know what it means...

    You may try to refresh the page & try it again & see if the issue persists.

    If the issue persists, then you may try to fulfill the server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status

    And see if it works.

    You should also update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache.

    If still not working, then you may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it works in Safe Mode, then meaning one of your plugins might be the culprit. You will need to enable / disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.
