Scrolling bug

I'm having this really strange bug on this website when trying to scroll. Often, I get stuck where the scroll keeps bringing me back to where I started. Sometimes I'm stuck and can't get back to the top and sometimes it doesn't let me scroll down.

Here is a video of the issue when stuck at the top and one when stuck at the bottom. You can find the website here. There's barely any customisation on the fitness website.

Can somebody help me out ?

Thanks for your reply. If that's the reason, then could you look into why the website is taking forever to fully load ? The map basically takes a really long time to fully load.

Thanks for your reply. Just to show you, I made another screencast to show you how long it takes to load on my end. This is systematic and also on other devices (Mac Chrome and Safari, and iPhone).

I know about the images. We're going to compress them when we launch. But on my video, you can clearly see that even though everything has loaded, the map takes ages to load. Clearly there is an issue there preventing the map to load smoothly.
