Searching for Layout with Fullscreen Pic Backround

Hi there,
I'm looking for a layout/childtheme like the one in the attached png.
Menu could be left or above. Picture in the Backround should be fix and only the content box to scroll...
Where can i find something like that? Or how is it to build?

You can use the Divi default vertical navigation: https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/...al-navigation-that-overlaps-your-divi-website

But for the sub menu, it will only show on hover on side.

As for the background image, you can set it in Theme Customizer > General Settings > Background > Background Image
