Solved Secondary Menu on Home Page

I put in a custom css code so that my secondary bar would appear under my main bar on my blog page. I have a white secondary bar showing up on my home page. Plus, the secondary bar is showing up on my about page and my contact me page. I only want it to show up on my blog page and posts. My blog is www.revivedwellness.com

I only want the secondary navigation bar to appear of the blog page and it is showing up on all 4 pages.
