Secondary Nav Bar goes away when adding CSS Class free-sticky rather than making it stick

    I am trying to make the Sec Nav bar stick in both the mobile and the desktop but when I add the free-sticky class to the mobile section it makes the nav bar disappear. I found a post on this forum that suggested that this CSS needed to be added if using free-sticky in both places but it didn't fix my problem.:

    header {
    position: relative;
    z-index: 99996;
    }

    My Secondary Nav bar goes away when I add free-sticky to the class, and returns when I remove it, but of course is not sticky. LOL
