I have a recent issue and I can't figure out what caused it - or more importantly, how to fix it. I have a hero section (with my logo) that isn't loading on most of my pages. I'm having some difficulty trouble-shooting.
When I look at a page in wireframe mode (or any mode really), where do I see which library item is used for each section or row?

When I'm in the visual builder mode, the section with the logo shows up just fine. But when I go to the live page, the section isn't there. I've had the site live for a couple of years now and this is a new event - I can only guess it's from some update but I'm stumped as to how to fix it. Thanks so much for any help.

attached are screenshots of my 404 page in wireframe and visual builder mode and also a live page of it.

Some of my pages aren't having this problem which leads me to believe there's an issue with something in the library. But I have three items in my library that appear to have the logo in them - I'm just not sure which one is active in which page.

Hey Penny, I think the issue is with the height of the hero section. As the section is empty on the front end it has no height, meaning the background that is set on it (i.e. your logo) doesn't show. I think when it is shown in the visual builder, Divi will be setting some height on it by default (to make it easier to edit), making the background show up. The solution would be to go into the hero section settings in the visual builder and set either the height or minimum height at:

Section Settings > Design > Sizing

I don't think it's a library issue, but if you want to figure out which library item it is using then once you've set the height you should be able to check the three library items to see which one has taken up the new height value.
