Select Page - where'd this come from?

    My mobile menu was customized and had a left and right menu with a custom icon for the right menu. I don't know what happened, but now the Select Page bar is there with a non-clickable hamburger menu on the right. I found some info on how to hid the Select Page bar, but I can't get my right menu graphic to display. Help!

    OK, now my mobile menu is back, but it is displaying 2 mobile menus - when the page loads, the header with the "Select Page" and hamburger menu is displayed. When I start to scroll, then my customized mobile menu is displayed. What gives?
