Send Copy to Sender with Contact Form Module Stopped Working

    I have the send copy to sender with the contact form module installed and it was working, but an update to WP 4.6.2 apparently made it stop working? I don't see anything in the error logs.

    Has anyone else experienced this? How do I get it working again. I have checked both the ContactForm.php page and the functions.php page in the child theme and everything is still in place. I still have the child theme activated. So, I double-checked everything as it's layed out and it's still not working. A copy of the form isn't being sent to the person filling out the form.

    Thoughts?
