I am using the Divi Ultimate header plugin on http://beta.security-systems.nl/alarmsysteem-beveiliging/, which is a Divi website with WooCommerce.
How can I show the WooCommerce cart and search icon in the menu? I have checked "SHOW SEARCH IN CUSTOM MENU" and "SHOW CART IN CUSTOM MENU" in the Divi customizer.

Our search & cart option only works for Divi menu module.

From your screenshot, it seems like you are using other menu plugin. You should refer to the menu plugin developer about it.

But if you are just using the default Divi menu module, then try to go to the Menu module settings > Advanced > CSS Class & add free-header-menu

Thanks a lot. That solved the issue.

I have another question: how do I center the menu items?

You can change the alignment in the Menu module settings > Design > Links > Text Alignment.
