    Hi,
I am so frustrated. I updated two days ago then the divi builder stopped working. It would just spin and not load the page contents. At the same time, my host (who runs a very tight ship) blacklisted my IP because the Divi support module was hammering his server, looking like a brute force attack. He whitelisted me. I tried again to edit pages, divi builder was spinning, wouldn't load again, and again (related or not, I'm not sure) my host started getting hammered with the below.

    [root@lx-vm1 logs]# tail access.log

I went into Divi support section in admin from the left menu and set it to enable safe mode, enable remote access and enable admin privileges for support. When I went to reload the page I only get "You are not allowed to access this page" and now I can't access any page at all.

Divi support has not been very helpful. They keep telling me to log into admin. I keep telling them I can't log into admin. They told me to install a fresh install of Divi, which I did via FTP. No dice, still can't get in. I moved all of the plugin files to a separate folder on the server outside of public_html, no dice.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. See screenshot I get when I try to go to /wp-admin (which worked fine until I enabled the Divi support features).

By the way when the divi builder icon was spinning and no page would load, I could edit by editing on the front end rather than via admin > divi builder. It also would not let me click "use standard editor" or "use earlier divi builder" or whatever that one says. There was no interaction with any builder options when the icon was hung spinning.
