Actually, this is a heads up that may help some folks - if that’s okay. I was doing some color modifications in one of the modules in visual editor on my homepage (chipur.com). Everything looked great, but when I disabled the editor, the site looked like it did before the modifications. So I was getting a different version of my site when the editor was disabled There were no answers to be found. I stopped by here and that’s when I saw others were having a similar problem. But I couldn’t make the solutions work. Contacted Divi and they were aware of the issue, made some suggestions, but didn’t have the “fix.”

They shared that in safe mode the problem resolved, so it was up to me to do the plugin deactivate/activate thing. They mentioned child theme as well, but I don’t use one. I found the culprit: Smush Pro. Contacted them and they were very helpful. Fixed the issue by enabling the “Native lazy load” option. All’s well.

    Maybe this will help someone…
