    Haven't heard of such issue before.

    Would suggest you to:
    1. Update both Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache.
    2. Re-create your design in a new page & see if it works.
    3. If not, it's best for you to refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
