You should be able to achieve that easily (without the hover effect) 1. Create a new section. 2. Create a new row with 3 columns. 3. Equalize the column height in the row settings. 4. Add text module to each columns, key in the words & adjust the padding. 5. Insert background image for the each column. Done.
