    It's due to:
    1. The changes of height of the first section.
    2. Percentage margin & padding for Section / Row / Column / Module.

To solve it, try the below steps:
    1. Go to the divider Section Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element & add:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    2. Next is to go through every single Section / Row / Column / Module settings & set padding-top / padding-bottom / margin-bottom to be 0
    3. Lastly, adjust your divider module position.

    1. Try to go to your first section settings & set column 1 padding top and bottom to be 0.

    2. Next is to adjust is the logo image module margin top.

    3. For the below CSS, you should add it in the divider Section Settings, not the Divider module settings:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.

    Divider issue:

    1. I see that now you added the position: absolute to the row settings. You should add it in the Section Settings.

    2. And you will then need to adjust the margin top of the first divider. And set the margin bottom of the first divider to be 0.

    3. Lastly, set the margin of the second divider.

    ===========

    Spacing between menu item:

    1. Try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    ==========

    Align right issue:

    1. You should first go to the menu module settings & set it to align to the right.

    2. Then proceed to your email text module settings & set margin left to be 0.

Thank you your support is excellent.

Also on scroll - the background changes to white - is there a way to
    1. Change the logo to a different file - (I will make black version)
    2. Make the white background fade in rather than appear

    Thanks again

Try to add the black logo image module below the white one.

Then add the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
Try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    1. Change it back to the original white logo.
    2. Then, add a new image module below the white logo & upload the black logo.

I see that your divider still moving when the screen get smaller.

    1. Just go to the divider Section Settings & set padding top to be 58px.
    2. Then go to the divider Row Settings & set padding top to be 24px.

And the divider should be good to go.
For the tel number & email, try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
But for the divider you can't change the color on scroll. This is because your divider is from different section.

You will need to include your divider in the first section, then only the color change will work.
You will need the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
And you will need to change your mobile menu into slide in / fullscreen menu: https://divi.help/threads/for-mobile-menu-how-to-show-slide-in-or-fullscreen-menu.646/

For that case, you can just delete the divider section & use the CSS below:
    Code:
Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
