Strange empty box with Mailchimp code showing above hero section on mobile

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue on my Divi website (camiclinic.dk). On the mobile version, there’s a blank, light-colored box appearing above my hero section, and it displays this number:
2483819171800451

After some digging, I found that this number was connected to a Mailchimp form ID from a plugin I used earlier. I’ve already removed the external Mailchimp plugin, but the box and the code are still showing on the mobile version.

Here’s what I’ve checked so far:

• It doesn’t exist in the Visual Builder or Wireframe view.
  
  
• There’s no global header (only a footer in Theme Builder).
  
  
• I disabled the WP Responsive Menu and WP Mobile Menu plugins — the issue persists.
  
  
• No shortcode or text module contains this number.
  

It only shows up on mobile devices, just above the hero/banner section.

Does anyone know where Divi might still be loading this leftover Mailchimp code from, or how I can remove the empty box completely?
