Subject Form Modify

    Hello all,
    I have a form that included in 14 pages and in all articles
    I need to modify the subject of the form sanded by divi form to include the page name
    Any kind of help ?

    I don't think Divi allows you to change the email subject.

    Though you may create a hidden field to include your page name & include it in the email message.
