    Hi,

I have a menu on this site https://www.gardenlife.sbwdhost.co.uk/ and it works fine on desktop and defaults to the mobile menu for mobile users.

However, I have found that in tablet mode on Chrome and on a real tablet the submenu dropdown appears but doesn't work correctly at all. Pressing on a link either doesn't work or takes me to the wrong page.

Try clicking on About > Our message or Shop > Summer houses and you'll see you end up on the wrong page.

Please can you advise how this can be resolved?

    Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me, but it isn't very helpful telling me that it works fine on a iPad - the problem is with Android tablets and you need to test on a range of Android tablets yourself.

I have checked it again and the problem remains.

In the latest version of Chrome, in incognito mode (i.e. with no extensions running) in tablet mode the menu does not function correctly.

I have tried this on three different Windows 10 computers and two different Android tablets and it is consistent.

    There are three main problems:

    1. Selecting the first item from the submenu loads the second item (i.e. click on about > our message and end up on videos). I videod this error so you can see it yourself: https://www.gardenlife.sbwdhost.co.uk/video/Menu-error.mp4

    2. Clicking on items towards the bottom of a long submenu (shop > playhouses) doesn't do anything.

    3. When clicking on an item towards the bottom of the submenu when a form is present in the background results in the background form field being activated instead of the menu. I have attached a screen grab of this.

If I'm experiencing these problems on Android then it will be affecting others too.

Try to go to your Menu module settings > Design > Animation > Dropdown Menu Animation & set it to Fade & see if it works for you.
