    I have another question. What should I do so the header can change? In another page, if we scroll the page, the header will changed into white background and colorful logo.     I see you already make the text & logo to change color in fixed mode. The only thing left is the blue wave background.

    To remove it on fixed mode, try to add the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
