when I edit a page the text module loses it's style settings. I recently updated divi and rolled it back...no luck, deactivated every plug in one by one and I could not pin down the culprit. I have a page where I made the heading white and if I edit the page ...not that module/section and save...it reverts to default. Same for a heading that I centered in the design settings. Note the RTE centering still works. If I add a short code and save..works..but if I edit and resave the page it reverts to just code. For all instances once the text module reverts It will not take any special design selections ...so I have to add the module all over again from scratch and save.

Try to disable Static CSS File Generation & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Disabled.

This did not work. I don't know if I mentioned before it does work in safe mode which is why I deactivated each plug in but could not find which one could be causing the problem.
