Text on mobile view won't center

I'm arranging text for mobile view on my website and can't get the title text to center. I want the letters gently spaced out, but the letter spacing tool is treating the space after my first name as a separate character and spacing it out as well so that the whole text is off center [picture A]. If I try to get rid of the space, my last name just pops up to the first line and runs my whole name together as one word [picture B].

If this was any other word processing or design software I'd know what to do, but I'm not seeing any way to fix this incredibly basic issue.

(New to Divi here, trying to get just some bare minimum text to show up on my website for the time being.)
