These menacing scripts must die! Kill them dead.

Part I:

I am trying to eliminate unneeded scripts from each of my site's pages. Any number of plugins can do this. Currently, I'm using Perfmatters. I turned off all Divi settings of minifying scripts and combine CSS, etc.

Which of the scripts below do I need? I'm aware that you don't know my sire or my intentions for my site, so the better question might be: what is the role of each specific script listed? Do you know or know of a resource that offers this information? (I wonder if I could stop the unneeded scripts in the child theme functions settings... thoughts?)

Part II:
My site is about 8 static pages. Once it is done, I can run each page through this website called PurifyCSS.online and receive only the necessary CSS. I could also run all the pages together and get only the necessary CSS for the entire site.

Is there a way for me to stop all the CSS on the site and replace it all with my single CSS file or to do this page by page? Either a plugin or, once again, maybe my functions in my child theme?
