Transparency on Header&Navigation Style11

    Hi,
    I'm working on https://www.pgaarchitecture.biznet-creation1.com/ using Header an navigation style 11. I would like to have the section with logo and hamburger menu transparent instead of white (and I wan it to stay white on scroll) .Whatever the colour I choose, it remains white.
    Could you please tell me what to do.
