    Hi is there a way the make the header transparent , so the slider image shows underneath?

    Our header plugin doesn't support transparent header.

    But here's a workaround:

    1. If you wish to make it overlap on one page only, then just edit that page in Divi Builder & add negative top margin for the first section.
    2. To make it overlap globally, try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    You will need to use one of the two workarounds stated above & set your section background color to be transparent.
