I'm helping a nonprofit edit their website which was created with Divi.

Some pages have a header that changes color when you scroll down the page (see, for example, https://spayneuter.org/wordpress/services/) How do I turn this color change off?

Are you saying that it's supposed to be green, but it shows up blue?

If that's the case, try to disable Static CSS option & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Builder > Advanced > Static CSS File Generation > Disabled

No...although I'm noticing this isn't happening any more on the page I cited and I have no idea why! Check this page instead- https://spayneuter.org/wordpress/community-cats/ You'll notice that the bar at the top that says "Schedule an appointment" starts out teal, but if you scroll down the page it turns orange. This is what I'm trying to turn off.

Check this option: Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation > Fixed Navigation Settings > Secondary Menu Background Color
