Two issues: (1) Anchors not working (2) Table borders not showing up

    Anchors: When applying them the traditional way using the ID/link fields, they do not scroll to the correct spot. We have developed a workaround using custom CSS, but I would like to know why it's not working the "easier" way.

    Tables: Borders for our tables are not working. In the admin, they appear fine but when you view the page or preview it, none of the borders are showing up.
