    Having an issue on a site: https://epicgrandvalley.com/

    If we save the footer at all, it vanishes. Even if there are no changes. If I make a change and save, it disappears. I've tried clearing cache and everything. Help, please!

    Your site footer looks fine to me.

    If your issue is related to pop up new tab wipe out problem & you have Wordfence installed, then you can try the below:

    ===============
    After opening the custom header style in Divi Library, straight away click to edit it in frontend / Visual Builder. And in the Visual Builder, try to go around clicking open module settings, etc & see if there's any popup from Wordfence to whitelist the action. If no Wordfence popup, then try to refresh the Visual Builder page & test again.

    Previously there's a member having such issue & going to the Visual Builder somehow will show Wordfence whitelist popup. Hope that it works for your case too. If not, you will need to contact official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

    This is a conflict between Divi Library & Wordfence. Not our plugin.
    ================

    If the above doesn't work, another thing you can try is to delete the below code module (named Hide Header & Footer on Visual Builder) & save it:

    Well, we don't have Wordfence installed, so that's not the issue.

    The footer looks fine because I restored a backup. I'm not sure how to show you what's happening without deliberately breaking the site and leaving it that way until you see it. Another thing I'm seeing in the back end is that the "DU Footer" menu item doesn't show up, I have to go to "DU Header" and then switch the filter to "Footer".

    It also seems like the Divi Builder for JUST this footer is not working correctly. It's working fine on every other page, header and footer.

    Notice no "delete" option on the majority of the modules:

    If I disable the "Hide Header & Footer" and save, this is what I get:

    upload_2020-3-19_9-32-49.png

    And the entire footer disappears from the site, and I have to restore an old revision. Even if I make zero changes and hit "update", it does the same thing.

    Hope this helps.

    That looks weird. Never heard of such issue before.

    Kindly check your PM. Will need login credential to check further.

    Seems like your custom footer in Divi Library is corrupted. It should be a layout type, but not module type. That's why it's working weird.

    I recreated your footer layout for you. It's named: Cloned - Epic Grand Valley Footer
