Ultimate Header not displaying on mobile devices

    When I view my Ultimate Header through the mobile simulator in the divi builder, everything looks fine. However, when I access the site through an actual mobile device (phone or ipad) I am not seeing the Ultimate Header, only an extremely small logo and the hamburger menu. It looks nothing at all like the mobile display in the divi builder.

    I also have the Ultimate Footer plugin, and the ultimate footer is showing up just fine on a "real" mobile device. So I am sure I have a setting incorrect somewhere, but I just can't seem to find it. Can you point me in the right direction for getting the Ultimate Header to show on mobile devices.
