Ultimate Heading styles not working

Hi. I'd really appreciate your guidance on this, because I spent over four hours trying to make your plugin work on my site. I followed the install instructions. On Step 5, editing the Custom Nav styling I believe begins the problem. I click on the module to edit - I'm simply trying to change the text that is displayed from NEW to NEW at OUR ORGANIZATION. But once I clicked on the Call to Action to try to change the text, a new browser page opens (I'm in Chrome on a Mac by the way, all with the latest software versions), and I have to go back to continue typing in the new text, and again a new page opens, and I go back and forth. When I click on the green Save checkmark and then also the Update button, I get a long error message that says "Error - your save has failed." I read and tried all of the items in the error message, increasing all of the php limits, and then I disabled all of the plugins and still no luck as the same thing happened. Then I went to the Library Template for the style #10 and when I loaded it up all that showed was a DIVI window with just a SECTION block. Nothing else. I was able to load a different style number, but then the same things happened when I tried to edit it. Did this four times, all with the same result, and then I tried reloading the plugin and the JSN style files. Nothing worked and I keep getting the error message. Now I have nothing at all on the home page, and on inside pages no header logo, navigation, or search at all. It all comes back once I disable your plugin. I've attached some screen shots for you to see.
