On the Archive / Blog Category pages... ie. posts page... how can we use the Divi Builder or even the WYSIWYG editor where it will show up on the "posts page?"

Right now, only the blog posts shows up... I would like to put some modules, text and such above the blog posts on that page.

It's the dynamic archive header. You can find it in Theme Customizer > Divi Ultimate > Archive / Category Page Header

Thanks for the quick reply. Am I able to have a different one for each Blog Category? ie. Premium Blog Category has one header... and Free Blog Category has a different Category Page Header?

Nope. You can only have 1 style. But the dynamic title should be change accordingly to the blog category that you're on.
