Solved Using an intra page # CSS ID

Using the Divi theme, I understand how to create a Section CSS ID in the module settings. And I have successfully added a hashtag #URL on a button. So when clicked the button transports you to the section on that same page.
I am struggling to discover if there is a way to go directly to this same section from ANOTHER page.
When I add the hashtage #URL ID on another page -- it is a dead link.

I can get to the top of another page by using its https address, no problem...

Don't know if there is code to do this or not. Any help to a learner will be appreciated!!!

To navigate to another page section ID, you just need to insert: Your Site URL for the section + the hash tag ID.

For example, your section is on your about us page (about-us) with ID #test. Then you just need put this link in your button: /about-us/#test

If the section is on your homepage, you just need: /#test
