    Try to go to Divi Theme Builder to edit your global footer & go to the last Section Settings & remove the height option.

    I have checked again and the scroll bar has gone but the sticky issue on mobiles and tablets is still there, seems like the mobile menu on DU header is causing the issue

    If you view site on mobile or tablet it does not scroll, its behaving like the desktop site did with the scroll bar so I think the issue is still there.

    It might also only be related to IOS or Apple devices not tested on an android device as yet
