Vertical Text sticked to Image

    Experts, how to add vertial text sticked to image for any screen reslution?

    Like on screenshots in attachment

    I have tried margins/transforms ... etc.. but on different resolutions text become to go away from image.

    I knwot that is possibly to make with :before :after CSS but i have no luck with this
