Video Not Scaling From Desktop to Mobile Device

    Video not Scaling from Desktop to Mobile.

    On the mobile device it just zooms in to the center of the video. Any thoughts on why it is not scaling?

    Even if I change the size of the video it just stretches out to the desktop size...
