Visibility -> Disable on -> Not working

    I have added a Text module and made a link to send a text via a <a href"... (link works great) and I only want it to display on 'Phone". I clicked the Tablet and Desktop boxes to disable the module on these devices, but the text module still shows. How do I get this to display on Phone only and not Tablet or Desktop?

    It sounds like you (partsace) have set it correctly, so perhaps there's something preventing or overriding the setting.

    The first thing I'd do is clear your caches to make sure you're seeing the latest version of the page.

    If that doesn't help, and you know how to, I'd also check for any CSS rules that are forcing the text module to be visible, and check that the CSS rule to hide the text module on tablet / desktop is being correctly added.

    If either of you are able to share a link to the affected page(s), please do and we'll hopefully be able to narrow down the cause.
