Visual Builder can't scroll down on Powerful child theme

    Hello,

    Divi + Wordpress are all up to date. Divi 3.23.3 and WP 5.2.1. Powerful Child Theme is 1.0.1.

    When I'm on visual builder on the front end, the page doesn't scroll down. I'm using the global header and footer features of the powerful child theme. Please help.
