Visual Builder keeps getting stuck and is impaired.

Hello. I recently started to have problems with my frontend Visual Builder after I updated Divi. The builder kind of keeps getting stuck and I'm unable to make proper use of it. I am not a developer and I have very limited knowledge and still trying to learn. I have tried to look for a solution on google and did everything I thought I should. I have run Safe Mode, looked for any conflicting plugins, I have cleared mt local storage, I have cleared my cache. Tried to run wp-debug which shows a message saying "wordpress could not establish a connection to wordpress.org" (picture attached)
Note that I am using it on a localhost for learning purposes for now. But I have tried it on cloudaccess as well but I ran into the same problem.
