Both sites looks the same to me. If you've just done migration, then perhaps your client had to clear their DNS cache.

    Hi!

Thank you for the response. Can you please send a screenshot of what you see? So I can tell if what you are seeing is what I am seeing, or what she is seeing.

    Thank you!

Hi! Thank you for the screenshot, that looks like my screen. Normally I would just chalk this up to being different sized screens and I would just add some breakpoints or adjust the sizing of some of modules within the site and it would be good to go. However, something wonky is going on here with the addon domain and I'm not sure what it is.

On her screen the addon domain is noticeably bloated while the subdomain is not. You can see here in the screenshots she sent me, that the menu is larger and the images take up much more space (compare the edges of the images to her taskbar) even on the exact same screen. c19b3116-0452-4476-9b66-691dda8e49c5.jpg
    82ae9144-9def-4c8b-8467-5a1f8ea83a80.jpg

Another thing I am noticing is that even when I simulate the site being on a smaller screen (making my browser window smaller) the proportions are totally different than hers. You can see in my screenshot that the images scale differently and size down as they should, taking up much less screen space than on her screen where everything is bigger.

Any ideas as to what is going on here?

    Thank you for your time!

I'm thinking it may be bypassed by hosting the domain a different way, perhaps via a WHM, which I don't have. Does that seem like a viable solution? Or is there something else that I am not seeing here?

    Thank you for any help!

But it seems to be like just a screen size issue to me.

If you wish for the menu to take up more spaces on the left & right, then just go to the Row Settings & set bigger width, such as 95%.

Hi, I am having a similar issue. In Divi editor mode for mobile, the spacing looks accurate. However, in live site on mobile, there is a large white space between two elements. Why is this? Please help I launched my blog today :( Mobile View live site .PNG editor mobile view.png

    Website is simplynylah.com

The only way I could make the spacing look right in live mode, is to extremely edit the margin of the second section (images below) This is just a temporary solution as I need this site to look right live for now. But would love to understand why it's doing this.

No it's not that I want the menu to take up more space, it's that my client is not seeing the same thing I am seeing on the proper URL.

In my last post I posted 3 images (One came through in a 2nd post but with no text.) with the first two images coming from her screen. SAME SCREEN, DIFFERENT URL. The 3rd image is from my screen when I shrink my browser down to size to attempt to see what it would look like when I get the screen small enough for the menu to look like it does in the first screenshot. What is odd about that is that even though the menu is too large to appear on one line, the photos scale down as they should on my screen, yet on her screen they are proportioned completely differently. (I outline this more in the previous post)

This is the issue. The two different URLs appear differently on her screen even though they do not on mine, or any other screen it seems. I'm trying to get to the bottom of this.

Maybe it is just a screen size issue, but why are the proportions so different between URLs on the exact same screen/computer?

Just go to your Section Settings & remove the min-height value.

Check out my screenshot below. I believe it's the same as your client one.
**You just have to shrink your browser smaller.

Perhaps your client has the zoom in / out on when browsing your site.

Hi, so I've been facing this issue where on the Divi visual builder the changes I make are reflecting but on the live site it's completely different. I've tried clearing the browser cache, DNS cache and also updated all the plugins and the Divi theme to the latest version. I've also tried deactivating/removing the plugins but it didn't help. I've also tried disabling disabled the static CSS File Generation option and also cleared the static CSS File Generation cache when enabled.
So I re editing the module along with a new code module for the style and script, which seem to have solved the issue, but on the next day the changes made got reverted and was showing the same issue all over again. Assuming I didn't save my progress I redid it again but it wasn't because of not saving the file. The same thing happened the next day.
If anybody has any idea on what is happening or why it's happening, your help would be appreciated.

    Your issue sounded pretty complicated.

Normally, if you notice some styling issue, first thing is to disable your cache plugin & see if it works.

If still not working, then try to go to WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options & click Save. This is clear your Divi cache. And see if it works.

If still not working, then you will want to disable Static CSS File Cache & see if it works.

If still not working, check if your server has any cache enabled. If yes, try to clear your server cache.

If still not working, then there might be some CSS error on your side. You will want to temporarily remove your Custom CSS at WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options & see if it works. If still not working, then you might want to check your page settings custom CSS (only if the issue only appear on one page).

I am having an issue where my spacing (margin) is perfect in the visual builder. When I preview the page, it is completely different.
    I have clear chache.
I have disabled static CSS file generation.
    No luck yet.
