Why do I only have 1 agency page available?

    Yes, that's how it works for saved layouts. You don't get to see the preview.

    For our child theme, we have tons of premade homepage designs. As for inner pages, we have a set of general inner pages to be used with any homepage layouts. See the screenshot below.

    Be sure to check out all our features in Theme Customizer as well.

    Also when you're editing a page, there are tons of premade sections for you to choose from to add your page easily. Similarly, there are no preview for those. You will need to visit our demo site to see it live.
