Why does my video appear twice as a link in Gt Metrix (Speed SEO)

For my Gt metrix report, the video under 'avoid enormous network payloads' is appearing twice. Is this just GT metrix glitching?

Currently using Divi so wonder if its something I can change to stop it popping up in the lighthouse scans. I'm not using it for mobile or tablet

I tested it on my demo site & it does that as well. But I believe it only load once, not twice. You may report it to official Divi support & see what they say: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/
