    If the previous CSS didn't work, you may try to add !important tag to it:

    As for the padding issue, just to your Row Settings & set padding top to be 27px.

    just can't fix that delay stuff, if I set it to a, there will be no delay, if I set it to i, they will show up the same time delayed...
