Windows PC unable to edit images

    Hello :)

    One of my Clients has the weirdest problem:
    In any Divi Editor they are unable to edit images. The connection to the media library just does not pop up as they click on the image to change it. It works perfectly for me on my computer, so it is not the installation itself.

    Things I tried:
    • It is not their Wordpress User -> Mine works neither on her computer
    • It is not a certain Browser -> All Browsers have the same Issue on their computer
    • It does not seem to be a Browser Plugin (I deactived all)
    • There is no anti virus software on other than windows standard + firewall
    • I even created a new Windows User with Admin Rights, still same issues
    I am out of ideas guys.

    Anyone got something?
