YouTube Video Sizing

I can't get videos to size properly. I've tried video and code modules. Both with the same result.

Hey. This worked for the cutting the video in half thing. It looks great on my laptop. The only remaining issue is that it is teeny tiny on mobile now. Like, so teeny tiny small that when I try to push play, my finger can't target the play button and hits whatever the screen reads my finger as hitting. Any solution for that? Thank you so so much.
