Z-Index not working for Footer 6 (desktop view)

    Hello,
    Layout is working fine on mobile - but on desktop view, the top row is not above the content above it. I've tried editing the row z-index, and also tried adding a lower z-index in the section (and/or) row above.

    Overlap footer element doesn't work on revealing footer.

    In order for revealing footer to work, you will need to hide the footer behind the main content (low z-index for entire footer) & that's why overlap footer element doesn't work on this case.

    You will need to disable the revealing footer effect, for the overlap footer element to work.
